1. Is the Baby Bottle Cradle for newborns?

Answer: We do not recommend that the Baby Bottle Cradle be used for newborn babies. It is best for tiny babies to be held while being bottle-fed for the first month or so. If you have multiples you will probably have help from family and friends for a while. After that the product can be a big help, like an extra pair of hands until the babies can hold the bottles themselves.

2. How fast do you ship?

Answer: Usually the package is mailed the same day the order is received. If the order is placed during the night, it will be shipped the next day.

3. Do you ship outside the United States?

Answer: We will ship to other countries, but obviously the $3.50 shipping and handling charge will be insufficient. Recent airmail shipments of 2 Baby Bottle Cradles sent to the UK and to Italy cost an additional $7.55. Rates to your location may be slightly different. We will send you an e-mail telling you the additional cost. The shipment usually takes 8-10 days. The package has to go through customs, which can further delay it.

4. Can the Baby Bottle Cradle be washed in the washing machine or the sink?

Answer: Please do NOT put the Baby Bottle Cradle in the washing machine or completely immerse it in water as this may cause parts separation. To remove formula or burp spots, use a damp sponge or wash rag.

5. Is there a sales tax added?

Answer: If you place an order from inside the state of Texas, a sales tax of 8 1/4% will be added. To pay the tax, follow the procedure described in question # 3 above. Send the amount of $1.24 for each unit you purchase.

6. Do you have other products?

Answer: We copy VHS tapes (which can deteriorate over time) to DVDs. If you have video of your family that you want to preserve for many years to come, send us an e-mail and will gladly send you a price list. We also copy 8mm movie film to DVD and add titles and music. So you can also preserve video of the times when YOU were a child.
